PT Indospirit Natura, also known as Healthy Choice Indonesia, is looking to hire an eCommerce Staff/Fulfillment. This job is incredibly instrumental to our success since one of our targets for the years ahead is to increase sales from our online platforms, both from marketplace platforms and our own website. Throughout the years, our online sales have been growing rapidly, and we need you to help us expand our online sales even further.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulating eCommerce strategies

• Developing Search Engine Optimization strategy/marketing plans with necessary financials to improve online presence and sales
• Present strategic plans to higher-ups
• Implement all eCommerce strategies effectively and efficiently to improve web performance
• Measuring, analyzing, and reporting distribution performances and suggesting tactics improvements and new activities
• Coordinating the execution of all online business activities with marketplace and agencies
• To conduct a feasibility study and to suggest ways of improving ranking and revenue generation over e-channels

Research

• Data-driven research to improve overall web performance
• Use analytical tools to analyze and evaluate the performance of website campaign/site changes
• Research the company’s core demographics and user behavior to suggest improvements and to maximize search engine traffic
• Review and evaluate sales data and stock levels to increase online sales conversion rates and to restock accordingly
• Look into new eCommerce trends and implement them when necessary

Web Maintenance and Development

• Ensure that the look, feel and design of websites will suit customer needs
• Maximize ease of navigation for customers
• Manage digital marketing channels across platforms and social media
• Evaluate online platforms according to eCommerce best practices and suggest improvements
• Implement high-security level to protect sensitive data from cybercriminals

Supervising eCommerce and Marketplace staff

• Overseeing online tasks done by staff
• Train staff when necessary
• Assistant in establishing best practices to manage day to day online business operation

Hard Skills:

• Expert understanding of database management, financial analysis, web design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy
• Knowledge of eCommerce “language”
• Understand digital marketing channels
• Strong ability for market research
• A well-developed understanding of data analysis, web metrics
• Online quality assurance and troubleshooting
• Experienced managing Digital, E-commerce, or Revenues roles in the online business
