Responsible for general and cost accounting

a.       Checking all financial related report for consistency purpose with the established mid-year and annual financial plans (consumption of material cost of sales, royalty and inventory stock taking

b.       In charge of FA management such as recording of acquisition, movement, and disposal of FA, calculation of monthly depreciation expense and conducting semi-annual and 3-years FA audit

c.        Verification of invoice, employee benefit and market claim provisions, monthly and consolidated financial statement, adopting IFRS and revised, improved, amended accounting standards and new interpretations (PSAK) on its financial statements, calculation of monthly tax return, coordination with financial auditor and consultant in making audit report, actuary report and TPD, preparation of tax inspection, and maintenance of Asian Accounting System (Navision System) and FA system.

d.       Ensure that all accounting practices are in line with each respective departmental target and the groups accounting standards.

e.       Responsible for cost-control of the manufacturing activities, this involving stock taking as well as inventory calculation i.e., calculation of monthly material cost of sales, both direct and indirect material, as well as royalty, monthly movement of finished goods, conducting quarterly stock taking, preparation of stock material audits and maintenance of the system (PYMAC-III and E-PROC-2)

f.        Make coordination with all other divisions in identifying the necessary material costing required for manufacturing and sales activities, as well as any spoilage or irregular costs.
