  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
  2. Proven 5+ years of experience as Finance Manager in reputable companies preferably in hotel management
  3. Knowledge and experience of financial reporting (full set of account), audit compliance and financial management covering planning, budgeting as well as forecasting
  4. Oversee statutory reporting obligations such as withholding taxes, payroll taxes, hotel tax, VAT and corporate taxes to ensure that filings are on time and correct
  5. Review the AR balances on a monthly basis and work with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure provisions for doubtful debts are made where appropriate
  6. Good initiative, meticulous and a good team player
  7. Proficient in English (liaise with English speaking associates)
