Lowongan Product Design Engineer di PT Oms Oilfield Services

Functions :

Responsible to perform general engineering tasks of design and drawing creation, engineering specifications and standards creation, produce material purchase specifications, application of Licensor technical requirements, general calculations required in engineering tasks, administration of engineering documents and promote efficiency and ease of operations throughout the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct proposal drawings and associated BOMs to support cost estimation and quotes.
• Review quotes either through enquiry review or direct request.
• Review draft Sales Order and install part numbers and descriptions as required.
• Construct BOMs, drawings, process sheets, standards, specifications as required to support commercial activities following the Engineering Work Instructions.
• Maintain PF file system for record of projects.
• Assist with the creation of Work Orders to support shop operations.
• Work with respective departments to provide technical support and engineering input as requested or directly by manager.
• Produce design work or drawings as directed by the Engineering Manager.
• Engage in activities to increase or promote efficiency and ease of operations throughout the group on a technical level or system level.Su
• pport operational requests in so far as possible or as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned on indicated by responsibilities
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations

Qualification Requirements

Skill Requirements:

• Working knowledge of diverse highspeed machinery and measurement tools (calliper, micrometer, etc)
• Understand of Production & Technical procedures
• Familiar with wellhead services , packer and connector
• Able to interpret technical drawing, read blue prints, schematics and manuals.
• Experience using AUTOCAD intermediate, master cam and solid work
• Standard machine controls
• Ability to work to customer specifications
• Team work and good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Word, and Excel
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a team
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, Flexible and Disciplined
• “Hands-on” person with strong sense of commitment
• English (both written and spoken)

Education and Experience

• Base in Bogor/Jakarta and Duri- Riau.
• Minimum Degree of Technic Machine/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Drafter/Design Engineer in a manufacturing or related field environment (for Senior Prod. Design Eng)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil & gas industry (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
