Job description

• Handling customer through a hotline center service/call
• Handle customers via live chat, email, or social media.
• Directly help to solve & assist customer for every incoming questions and problem regarding application problem, transaction problem
• Provide clear information for customers about products.
• Create ticket for handling customer request & follow up case if needed6. Handling Walk-in customers
• Carry out tasks as instructed by the team leader or management.
• Report to team leader

Job Requirements:

• Has Minimum 1 years experience as customer service, especially in the field of Fintech / Banking
• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
• Have good communication and understanding skills
• Have the ability to understand material quickly and precisely
• Have the ability to communicate with other departments well and consider things the team needs before informing them to superiors
• Have a good problem checking & analytical skills
