Responsibilities:

•  Development and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc reporting (Dash Boards)
• (financial, sales productivity, customer activity, product performance, etc.)
• Development of financial models for all products and activities, analysis for actual vs. plan comparison
• Participation and assistance in preparation of the budget and business plan, long-term and stress forecasts
• Participation and assistance in Cost optimization initiatives preparation and business efficiency improvement
• Participation and assistance in development of the KPI system, KPI actual results tracking and reporting, analysis on actual vs. plan comparison
• Development of P&L models for products, projects and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• 3+ years in FinTech or Banking
• Understanding of payment cards/installment loans business
• 2+ years of experience in the relevant position
• Ability to work across multiple teams
• Clear understanding on principles of databases maintenance, advanced skills in SQL, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint
• Proven experience in Dash Boards creation - Tableau (or Power BI) and Airflow
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement
• Analytical mindset, numbers driven, ability to work with big volume of data, innovative, multitasking, results oriented
• Fluent English
