Job Description

• Responsible in AJMI’s regulatory reporting to Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK):
  Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports as well as quarterly publication in website and annual publication in website and newspaper.
  Responsible for preparing quarterly financial statements for publication in Company’s website
  Responsible for preparing annual financial statements for publication in Company’s website and newspaper.
  
• Communication representative act as the point of contact for the regulator.
  
• Review and submit monthly Lalu Lintas Devisa report to Bank Indonesia on timely manner.
  
• Review and submit quarterly AAJI report on timely manner
  
• Ensure the presentation and disclosures of regulatory reports are in conformity with guidelines from the Regulators.
  
• Ad hoc as required.
  
• Prepare and submit regional reports i.e., Financial Statement Review Templates, Quarterly Accounting Issues Questionnaire, IFRS Goodwill and Intangible Assets Impairment Indicators Assessment, Quarterly Financial Statement Sign Off.
  
• Review monthly booking of Tirta Dhana Nugraha (TDN)’s transactions and prepare TDN’s financial statement
  
• Prepare analysis on vendors and bank partners’ financial statements for due diligence.
  
• Provide financial data and analysis for bank partners’ or other BU.
  
• Regular monitoring the local numbers to ensure local numbers are managed and recorded completely and properly in accordance with the Standards.
  
• Reviewing and analyzing balance sheet accounts.
  
• Preparation IFRS 17 project adoption for local reporting.
  
• Managing any project initiatives, either locally or regionally, as assigned by manager.
  
• Prompt response to any queries related to AJMI’s financial data.
