To transform millions, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Learning and Development to join our team to implement best learning experience for our students. What you'd do:

• Research, develop and create learning strategies, design, and experience to best meet learning program's OKR
• Facilitate, monitor, and evaluate daily learning activities to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain relationship and manage communication with students and SMEs to accommodate their questions, challenges, and feedbacks
• Maintain relationships with external partners, such as hiring partners, universities, students association and other, if needed
• Continuously research and understanding the latest trends, specifically in Learning and Development, Big Data, Future of Work

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information System, Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field in reputable university (Binus/PrasMul/Brawijaya/Gunadarma/related)
• 2 year of experience in Learning and Development/Class Management/Lecturer/Laboratory Assistant specifically in Data/Math/Economic/IT related topic.
• Experienced in completing Data Analytics/Data Engineering/Data Science projects
• Strong in data analysis/analytical skill with proven track record in managing, implementing learning and development project that successfully increased student’s completion rate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Growth mindset, continuously update knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in data, learning and development
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other e-learning technologies
