Qualification:

• Minimal 30 tahun
• Domisili - Jakarta Barat
• Minimal 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations or Shipping.
• Very Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Good knowledge of UCP & Incoterms & Logistics & LC Preparation / Negotiation
• Minimal S1 di bidang: International Trade, Supply Chain, Shipping, Business Management, Marketing
• High Integrity, professional, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, works well under pressure
• Ready for Business Travel 

Job description:

• Prepare sales and purchase contracts / invoices
• Handling shipping documents with customs, suppliers and shipping line
• LC preparation and negotiation
• Handling of Import and Export LC documentation
• Follow up with counterparties and banks on documentary discrepancies and amendments
• Follow up with negotiating banks for receipt of funds
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers & buyers on shipment progress
• Record, update and report shipment status
• Research new producers, suppliers, buyers and end users
• Generate leads, identify business prospects and contact them by Phone ,Email And also online/offline Meetings
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers (new and existing)
• Liaise with banks (prepare & negotiate LC) and shipping companies (inquire rates for container / bulk)
• Coordinate with supplier & buyer on transaction progress (shipment, documents & payment), identify & resolve issues
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and target review
