Deskripsi Pekerjaan
In general, Talent Development and Acquisition position will be responsible to managing and developing talent management and talent pool for organizational development need. This position also will be creating assessment session and it's reporting, maintaining database, and provide support for recruitment and selection activities.
Requirements;
- Minimum education in the Psychologist Profession
- Experienced at least 3 years in the field of assessment in industry and organizations
- Having SIP and HIMPSI membership will be an added value
- Mastering assessment tools such as FGD, In-Basket/ In-Tray, Targeted Selection/ STAR
- Mastering psychological test tools such as Kraepelin/ Pauli, CFIT, IST, PAPI Kostick, projection tests, DiSC, MBTI, MSDT
- Able to make comprehensive and detailed report
- Mastering the integration of data from various sources, both primary and secondary
- Familiar with CBHRM
- Able to speak English both verbal and written
- Oriented to detail and quality
- Strong in terms of planning, organizing, and controlling
- Understand and be able to apply the principles of occupational health and safety
