• Understand the process and regulations related to Import
• Carry out the process of purchasing goods so that the availability of goods is in accordance with the requests for the needs of each department, so that the company's operations can run according to the goals set and prepare administrative completeness up to controlling purchasing decisions
• Coordinate with the purchasing manager to communicate with suppliers, regarding price offers, availability of goods, for all procurements
• Create and print a PO (Purchase Order) and send it to the vendor, so that the purchasing process can run well according to the desired schedule and specifications
• Enter the costs incurred for the delivery of goods that are charged to the recipient of the goods
• Perform cross-check departments related to the delivery of goods ordered, both material and non-material, and ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications and the amount ordered
• Check the completeness of billing documents for all items ordered, and make a FPU (Money Request Form) for all incoming invoices
• Processing invoices and planning payments and comply with company regulations, policies, procedures, QHSE, COC and ABC Policy of PT. Luas Birus Utama

Minimum Requirement :

• Active English (Written and Spoken)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Maximum Age 35 Years Old
