Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma (D3), any field
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a plus, fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
• Age maximum 27 years old
• Good looking, attractive, good interpersonal skill, communicative, and customer service oriented
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Have a good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Description :

• Handling phone calls, packages, mails, documents, and guests
• Meeting room arrangement
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Responsible for coordinating incoming & outgoing letter / document
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties
