We are looking for a qualified System Analyst to join our IT team. If you’re someone who works well with others, is self-driven, and has a passion, this could be your calling!

Responsibilities:

1. Design an efficient and effective system that keeps a good balance between business requirements, technical requirements, performance, and stability.
2. Participate in analysing changes needed to improve and add new features to the product.
3. Write clear, accurate, and quality technical specifications. These documents are ERD, UML, BPMN, and others related documents.
4. Work with the software designer to understand the product and its limitations, and also do system testing.
5. Cooperate with the developer to make sure the specifications are defined and implemented correctly.
6. Monitoring & Reporting daily execution of test delivery.

Key Requirement:

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a System Analyst or relevant roles.
2. Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field.
3. Prior experience as a systems analyst or in a similar position is preferred.
4. Business-related qualifications will be a plus point.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent English communication skill is a must.
7. Ability to work well in a team.
