Job Description:

• Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
• Monitoring employee development through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
• Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (PKWT, Database, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.)
• Manage employee leave, attendance, etc
• Updates and create, if any, all SOP and Policies & Procedures related to Human Resources Department.
• Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager
• Familiar with employment laws and regulations (industrial relations, licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
• Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation (OKR, KPI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of service, both internally and externally
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
