Lowongan Customer Relation Officer (CRO) di PT Fajar Gelora Inti

• Conduct phone or in-person conversations with customers to provide product or service information, confirm orders or cancel accounts, or record complaint details.
• Maintain records of consumer conversations and transactions, including details of questions, complaints, and comments; and include consumer decisions.
• Resolve customer service issues or bills by performing tasks such as refunding, adjusting bills, or replacing goods. Check to ensure that the changes made have resolved the consumer's issue.
• Contacting consumers in response to inquiries, notifying them of investigation results, or following up on consumer inquiries or complaints
• Refer unresolved consumer complaints to other departments for further investigation.

Minimum Qualifications

• She has minimum height 165 cm (not wearing any religion attribute in the head) & he has minimum height 170 cm
• Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably have an experience as a vehicle Sales Promotion in automotive event or as a Client Advisor in luxury brand/store at mall (LV, Channel, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, etc)
• Have an experience as flight attendant is a plus
• Preferably have an experience as a Client Advisor for luxury furniture store
• Have a good communication skills
• Target Oriented, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill, problem-solving, detail oriented and presentation skill
• Good analytical thinking
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk - Jakarta Utara & preferably live around PIK, Sunter, Kelapa Gading, PIK, Cempaka Putih, Kemayoran, Pluit
• Willing to follow the On-site /Offline Recruitment Process in Head Office Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat
