Job Requirements

Job Summary

  • Responsible in developing reward strategies for an organization by working in line with Head of HR in designing, implementing and monitoring reward programs, which are both internally and externally equitable.
  • Oversees the HR operations to meet quality business and align with the related government regulation/guideline

Key Responsibilities

  • Rewards: Manage the rewards team providing clear goals and objectives that are in line with the Company’s strategies and objectives
  • Annual Salary & Benefits Survey: Lead the participation in Annual Salary & Benefits Survey for life insurance industry 
  • Sales Incentive Program (SIP): Lead any projects related to Sales Incentive Program 
  • Job Mapping / Evaluation: Lead any project related to Job Mapping / Evaluation by evaluating each position and determining the appropriate mapping and market value for the job
  • Job Description: Serve as PIC for regular review of Job Descriptions
  • Policies and Procedures: Serve as the PIC of the policies and procedures for the overall HR
  • HR Operations: Oversees the HR operations, that include HRIS, Expatriate Documentation,  HR Reports, HR Services, Documentation
  •  Regulations: Serve as the PIC of the Regulations related to HR by reviewing, analyzing and discuss the concerns and findings within the team for further actions. Liaise with the Legal & Compliance team or any related departments as necessary. 
  • HR Projects/Ad hoc duties: As assigned to lead and/or participate and support Human Resources projects/ad hoc duties. Collaborate with other departments to obtain input / feedback concerning challenges, improvements, process, etc. related to Human Resources to support the company objectives.
  • Quality Business: Ensure the confidentiality and compliance of all transactions to the prevailing rules, code of conduct and procedures in order to maintain a clean business operation.
