·   Doing an assessment procedures to review candidate's CV

·   Calling the candidates and prepare for an interview processes

·   Handling and preparing employee's administration paperwork

·   Handling employee's attendance report

·   Handling weekly report to Holding Company

·   Doing Industrial Relationship with Disnaker

Qualifications :

·   Maximum age of 27 years old

·   Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Law / Psychology / HR Management

·   Minimum 1 year experience as HR Staff Generalist

·   Fresh Graduate welcome to apply

·   Preferred have a proficiency in Mandarin language (Oral and Written)

·   Able to work independently and as a team as well, and work under pressure

·   Having a willingness to learn and adapt

·   Having a good communication skill

·   Having a knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law is a plus point

·   Able to operate Ms Office (Excel and Word in particular)

·   Willing to do business trip out of town if needed

·   Will be placed in Head Office Jakarta
