Position Summary

Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

Job Descriptions:

1. Maintain System uptime to meet SLA
2. Minimalize network down ( LAN / WAN) in all Chubb Life Indonesia. 
3. Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including LAN/WAN.
4. Implement standards and procedures for critical areas
5. Monitoring Global MPLS.
6. Perform capacity planning in Network utilization
7. Liaise with Global network team for network new project and problem solving
8. Manage Team IT System & Network and technical development

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar Discipline
2. Experience of minimum 4 years in the same field 
3. Experience in Call Center Technology, Virtual Technology, Microsoft Product, Cisco product, BCP and DR, Network, LAN/WAN, managing servers, 
4. Have advance skill of Active directory, DNS, VMware, backup process, storage, Webservice technology
5. Advance in technical Network, Server and virtualization
6. Good analytical skill
7. Have the ability to interact and communicate with people
8. Excellent interpersonal skill
9. Having a VM Certifications, CCNA Certification and Microsoft Certifications is preferable
