Job Responsibilities:

• Handle prospects and close sales through meetings
• Set up meetings with potential clients or partners and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations (Managing Margin)
• Constant follow-up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing 
• Negotiate and close deals and also handle complaints or objections
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Collaborate with production planning, logistics, and other internal team to fulfill customers' request 
• Making work plans (projected achievements, sales planning, productivity plans) 
• Set an effective schedule for meeting and negotiating with Modern Trade (MT) and Hotel Resto Cafe (HORECA) 
• Make a list of all clients in the system and required information such as prices, purchase capacity, main competitor, and segments 
• The ability to sell with a personal sale and able to open a new market

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in a related field preferred, preferably having a solid network in HORECA
• Must have basic experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
