Job Descriptions

• Actively find opportunities for system improvement projects to help improve company performance
• Have the ability to "promote" system improvement ideas with the aim that every employee understands the purpose of system improvement
• Become a "team leader" in the proposed improvement system project
• Follow up and monitor the implementation of the proposed project, to ensure that the project can run effectively
• Evaluate the results of the system improvement project implementation, to ensure that the system can run smoothly and is ready to be transferred to the project owner
• Plan and implement appropriate training & other development activities for all employees in the Continuous Improvement Dept.
• Manage work & efficiency in the CI - IE Department and be responsible for maintaining & increasing employee motivation and job satisfaction in the CI- IE Dept.

Qualifications:

• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 7-9 year experiences in CI/ Lean, with 2-year experiences as Assistant. Manager
• Experienced in handling improvement projects, especially in shoe factory
• Excellent understanding in Lean manufacturing system and Kaizen method, TQM and Automation system
• Willing to be placed in Bogor and/ or Central Java
