Core Responsibilities

As Area Sales Manager Medan, your main responsibilities are:

• Ensure that the retail store has enough stock of products to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement merchandising plans and strategies to drive retail sales.
• Create the sales report from of retail-related activities, such as maintaining sales records, processing transactions, and managing cash flow.
• Establish sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Lead key account customer relationship management work, and maintain good and long-term relationships with key customer.
• Develop trust, cultivate positive working relationships, and communicate proficiently with key customers across retail functions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a sales (preferably in the field of Electrical)
• Having experience in selling electronic Products to retail
• Excellence selling and communication skill
• Placement in Medan
