Job Description :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing relationships with government stakeholders at the national level to ensure their continuous support for our business operations (e.g OJK, BI, and AFPI);
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of policy proposals and regulatory frameworks to assess their potential implications on our business and provide strategic project and recommendation;
• Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with government and non-government stakeholders, associated authorities, and all committees, as well as industry associations for policy-building agenda;
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to government affairs activities;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal, public relations, and business development, to align government relations strategies with overall organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirement : 

• At least five years of senior management experience in financial industry (such as: Bank/ Insurance/Trust/P2P);
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent relationship-building skills;
• Have the ability to analyze complex information, understand market trends, and take the right strategic decisions;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong managerial ability;
• Able to manage changes and adapt quickly to market changes and dynamic business environments.
