Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Management/Administration, or any related major with a minimum 1 year experience in Personalia.
• Good communication skills, both in oral and written communication.
• Familiar with working with data.
• Able to use Ms. Excel (i.e PIVOT, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc)
• Able to work in timescales and under-pressure

Job Description:

• Implementing administration program and ensuring compliance with procedures
• Maintaining personnel files, records, systems, and updated information so that information is accurate and secure both in HRIS and hard files.
• Performing personnel data management activities including but not limited to, attendance records, leave records, medical insurance registration, pension registration, and BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan administration
• Administering the company’s HR following policies establishment so that the employee receives the appropriate benefits and services for their position
• Responding to inquiries from employees due to overall individual and organizational human resource information concerning the standard of confidentiality
• Ensure the Compensation and Benefits system is administered and recorded as per regulation and policy
• Perform other Human Resources duties as required such as Project and other related HR tasks.
