Lowongan ACCOUNTING MANAGER di PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara

The candidate should have the following criteria:

• Possessed Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in related field
• Minimal 12 years in experience in accounting especially COSTING area, with minimal 3 years experience in managerial level
• Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firm would be an advantage
• High familiarity and skill in SAP Module (FI & CO)
• Good grasp of accounting and finance knowledge
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point
• Good analytical and interpretation skills with eye for details and process orientation with strong data management skills
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, self-starter, result oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• All around team player with positive "can-do" mentality
• Able to effectively communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
• Willing to placed in Merak 

Job Desc :

• In charge for all end to end plant's COSTING activities and ensure the system/SAP closing run smoothly.
• Responsible for general accounting function, includes monthly closing processes, CAPEX, costing, management reporting, etc.
• Ensure compliance of policies and procedures (internal controls) to protect company assets.
• Maintain operability of computer system (SAP) as required. Involved in validating/designing suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met.
• Coordinates Work relating to both internal and external audits in periodic review of the company financial records.
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Review and update on internal Accounting Policy and prevailing Accounting Standards
