Job Summary

Manage the delivery of audit assignments and provide leadership to Internal Audit Senior Officers for various assigned tasks to ensure satisfactory outcome and added value activities to the Company. Additionally, actively involve in developing audit plan and delivering AC secretarial works as well as establishing Internal Audit function as strategic business partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely delivery of audit assignments with quality outcome in accordance with the IA Methodology, including reviewing the working papers and draft reports prepared by his/her direct reports.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to his/her direct reports and continue to upskill the team capabilities.
• Work with the action owners to ensure appropriate and timely closure of management action plans.
• Involve in the development of audit plan and provide input to Head of Internal Audit based on the continuous monitoring performed.
• Involve in delivering AC secretarial works which includes the preparation of AC meeting deck and minutes as well as coordination with relevant departments.
• Being a role-model to drive changes within IA team, including initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives such as data analytic and IT control testing.
