Lowongan CNC PROGRAMMER/DRAFTER di PT Oms Oilfield Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functions to prepare CNC programs from engineering drawing (Master Cam) and specifications by using the best tooling available to produce parts efficiently in a timely manner
• Develop tooling solutions, as needed, both cutting tools and fixturing
• Use state-of-the-art manufacturing concepts, including just-in-time, statistical process control and employee involvement concepts
• Involved in solving manufacturing and quality issues utilizing root cause and analysis tools and implementing correct actions
• Support the manufacturing engineers and NC setup to cover the CNC program needs of the NPI processes and the productivity actions
• Determine and formalize technological parameters through CNC programs and participate in the CNC program archiving process
• Assure full technological documentation with CNC path, featuring and tooling information
• Assure CNC program downloading-uploading to the machines
• Optimize CNC programs for cycle time reductions
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned on indicated by responsibilities

Qualification Requirements:

Skill Requirements:

• Working knowledge of diverse high speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc)
• Understand of Production procedures
• CNC programming
• Able to interpret technical drawing, read blue prints, schematics and manuals.
• Experience using AUTOCAD intermediate, master cam and solid work
• Standard machine controls
• Ability to work to customer specifications
• Team work and good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Word, and Excel
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a team
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, Flexible and Disciplined
• “Hands-on” person with strong sense of commitment
• English (both written and spoken)

Education and Experience

• Base in Balikpapan
• Minimum Degree Technical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Programmer/Drafter in a manufacturing or related field environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil & gas industry (preferred)
