Job Summary:

The Marketing Project Management Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating marketing projects and initiatives from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as marketing and advertising best practices. The Marketing Project Management Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, and sales, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Ensure that projects comply with company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and templates, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (Open to all) (Math Stats)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software such as Trello, Jira, and air table.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Experience with marketing, advertising, or creative campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
