Description

Understand & capable on how to operate, identify damage and care for heavy agricultural equipment such as plow tractor, planting machines, cold storage, corn drier machines, corn sheller equipment and drip irrigation,. Will be a special consideration if experienced in the operation & maintenance of lyophilizer.

Provide and reports technical capability and technical experience to farm operations specialist. Share technical expertise for all relevant materials planning and maintenance activities to ensure availability as per farm operation requirements, so that company performance targets (safety, production, and cost-effectiveness) can be achieved. Liaise with local and global suppliers and technology providers as most of the Site and equipment employ technologies not currently available within Indonesia.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and non-staff for relevant material repair activities as a guide to ensure all works comply with international standards, are completed in a safe manner, and are within schedule.
• Do weekly maintenance plan (i.e., schedules, machinery usage, and repairs, and maintenance backlogs, and manning issues) in order to ensure that proper maintenance are carried out.
• Ensure all spare parts and equipment are properly input order
• Prepare the application parts list for the underground expansion project thus ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operation.

• (Am.D)/ D3 degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Structural Engineering with at least One (1) years of experience on large scale, complex maintenance activities. Preferably those with experience in Agricultural Mechanization. 
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office for diagnostic purposes.
• Ability to work in a culturally diversified workforce.
• Sound analytical and synthesis skill, including problem analysis
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Having driving license (A and C) for handling car and motorcycle
