Requirements:

• Bachelor in Psychology with min. 4 years of experience in Human Resource
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to work to timescales and under-pressure
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Able to use Ms. Excel (i.e PIVOT, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc)

Job Description:

• Ensure personnel files, records, systems, and other employee information are accurate and up-to-date in HRIS and hard files.
• Ensure the Compensation and Benefits system is administered and recorded as per regulations and policies, including the calculation of overtime and allowances based on job grade and job title, etc.
• Develop HR policies in accordance with government regulations, by considering organizational needs and the well-being of employees.
• Manage the performance management and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), mid-year and end-of-year performance appraisals.
• Responsible for the overall recruitment process, including employer branding.
• Create learning programs for all employees and ensure the implementation.
• Manage the Talent Management System, including create Competency Assessment, HAV Maps, Career Path, and Succession Plan.
• Manage the employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Perform other Human Resources duties
