Job Specification :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate/Experience in manufacturing process.
- Being able to understand and speak Japanese will be an advantage,Â
- Preferably having a JLPT N3 certification or equivalent.
- Computer literate, with advanced Engineering Software skill such as CAD or 3D Modelling.
- Proficient using MS office suite, to include excel.
- Strong organization skills, follow up and initiative skill.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Job Description :
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
