Job Description & Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Engineering study / with experience
2. Experience: At least 5-8 years in Machinery and Automation industry will have an added advantage
3. Sales: Experience in project sales will have an added advantage
4. Language: Fluent in both english and Indonesia Bahasa, both oral and written.
5. Knowledge: Posses Engineering Sense and Knowledge
6. Communication: Posses ability to communicate with all levels from staff to management.
7. Skills: Presentation skills & Proficient with windows-based applications. (Words, excel, powerpoint)
8. Attitude: Independent and results orientated personality with initiative.
9. Sales requirements: Willing to travel around indonesia or other countries and willing to entertain customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Business development to expand client base and products base.
2. Identify business development areas such as expansion of products range etc.
3. Technical project sales of machinery and automation systems.
4. Pre-Sales support such as servicing customer enquiries, preparing proposals and quotations.
5. Preparation for tender submission, technical & commercial proposal.
6. Prepare sales visits, maintain customers contact database and weekly reporting.
7. Presentation of technical solutions.
8. Activities as per assigned by superiors.
