Lowongan CE/Lab Assistant Manager (Footwear Manufacturer) di PT Sepatu Mas Idaman

Job Descriptions:

• Create managerial/ A3 work plans related to managing team works based on divisional targets and ensure the team understands so that the team can support/carry out all the functions & roles of the Chemical/Lab Department towards the company.
• Supervise the work activities of the team to ensure they run smoothly based on the procedures and policies of the CE/Lab department, such as:
• Testing/laboratory tests
• Monitoring & reviewing bonding test results
• Chemical distribution
• Etc.
• Create a good work culture and effective work system to support the performance of the CE/Lab Department and support the NOS/Lean program.
• Consistently carry out continuous improvement on work systems in the CE/Lab Department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably Chemical Engineering and related major
• 7 years or more experience in Chemical and/or Lab in footwear manufacturer, with 1-2 years of experience as Asst. Manager
• Highly adaptive and competitive
• Great interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Bogor and/ or Central Java (Tegal)
