Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment, training and organizational development area;
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs, as well as evaluate and suggest the best recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs;
• Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials for management and employees to support company's growths;
• Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans;
• Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters;
• Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology
• Min. of 8-9 year experiences in HRD, with the last 2 years as Assistant Manager
• Willing to be placed in Bogor for a certain period of time before moved to Central Java
• Good understanding in assessment tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills
