Due to expansion to build Petrochemical Plant, APRIL group currently looking for:
SAFETY MANAGER
(Petrochemical Project)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Advise management of regulatory requirements and proposes methods to meet the current safety regulations.
- Performs supervisory duties; audits compliance with company and national policies, procedures and programs; assists line supervisors with training, communications.
- Develop reports and make presentations as required.
- Analyses data from accident investigations, observations and inspections to assure management that programs are working as intended. Proposes alternatives to programs that are not working as intended.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 20 years’ Safety experience.
- Have experience in Petrochemical / Chemical construction is a must with minimum of 5 years’ experience as Management role/ Coordinator in Safety area.
- The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Trainings supported the system).
- Have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001, Safety Auditor, Risk Management process) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on EPC Petrochemical / Chemical Construction activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
- Contract based.
- Willing to work and assigned at RAPP's site in Riau (Futong site)
