Qualifications :

• Age: maximum 35 years
• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Chinese Languange or any relevant major
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR or similar fields at Manufacturing Company (Open to Fresh Graduated)
• Computer literary (Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Power Point) and familiar with ERP/SAP program
• Having good communication skill, prioritize, multi-task, and manage job in a fast-paced environment 
• Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement
• Fluent in Mandarin, both oral and written
• Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Mojokerto

Work Description:

• Multi tasking job in function in HR, HR Management System, People Development and simple legal
• Researching and processing information and knowledge about company regulations (PP),recruitment and training
• Employee & Industrial Relations (Becoming a bridge between employees and management as well as external parties), familiar with negotiating with various parties.
• Organization Development (Organizational Structure, Performance Management / Appraisal, Job Description, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, THR.)
• HR Administration (Attendance and Employee database) & Foreign Workers Administration ( VISA, KITAS, RPTKA)
• HR report to the Taiwan Hon Chuan hearquarter as weekly, monthly, and Quarterly
