Job Description:

• Initiating and generating ideas based on reading and research; conducting test protocols, procedures, and product evaluations; and writing technical reports and maintaining appropriate records.
• Developing new test methods according to needs or to update according to the referred pharmacopeia, to improve the cost, time, and method efficiency.
• Analyzing process development, technical support development results, and other department samples.
• Performing material qualification and diversification.
• Analyzing samples for laboratory scale validation and production scale engineering run.
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement in the RD Department.
• Perform other Research & Development scientist duties and projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology/Biology/Pharmacy/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Bioprocess/Biochemistry
• Minimum GPA 3.30 and TOEFL score 500. The other type of test that has an equivalent value will be accepted.
• Experienced for 1-2 years in Production or QC is preferable, but a Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
