Job Description:

• Oversee All Planned Receiving (Inbound) and Shipping (Outbound) operational activities.
• Coordinate work between departments in the company's internal and with the customer/partners.
• Make periodic reports, both for the purposes of the Company's Internal and External (Customers).
• Conduct investigations in the event of errors/mistakes and/or work violations in Receiving and Shipping activities.
• Perform supervision and coaching to his subordinates to carry out the Evaluating Work Systems and Procedures to be more effective and efficient duties and responsibilities properly and correctly
• Familiar with warehouse management business process and knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Awareness of risk control and cost efficiency
• Oversee Quality Control (QC) of Inbound and Outbound

Job Requirement:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
• Fluency in English
• Having experiences at least 3 years in the same position as Warehouse Manager in sparepart automotive and in Heavy Equipment Business.
• Have knowledge about Heavy Equipment Spareparts.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Communicative, detail oriented
