Our place is looking for someone with qualifications below:

Job description :

1. Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.

2. Create Purchase and monitoring Purchase Order : PR to PO and PO to Receive

3. Assessing vendors and their offerings with visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality.

4. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all stake holder purchasing needs.

5. Negotiating agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company.

6. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.

7. Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with accurate record-keeping by using related software.

8. Issue weekly report and Deliver to HO and KTT (site engineer)

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in any majors.

2. Moderate English Competency (good writing with moderate passive speaking).

3. Minimum 1-2 years experience in purchasing/logistic.

4. Understand Purchasing Process, local area, logistics process flow, and related rules.

5. Honest, detailed-oriented, and well organized.

7. Ms. Excel : Reporting, V-lookup, Pivot, and Data Analysis

6. Willing to do business trip out of town if needed, will be placed in mining site (Central Sulawesi - Palu).
