Job Summary

Responsible to deliver competitive, innovative and profitable new product development to fulfill the needs of all channels and business partners that supports sales and revenue.   

Creating new product development with customer centric, modifying product to meet customer and partner needs within expected features and benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating new product development with customer centric, modifying product to meet customer and partner needs within expected features and benefit.
• To improve new product development process and to make effective process amongst related department and to strengthen the SLA/SOP in place. Speed up the end to end process and deliver the product innovation on time.
• Enrolled in insurance technical couching or certifications.
• Engage both internal and external stakeholders to induce buy-in process.
• Identify appropriate and relevant distribution channels.
• Monitoring and tracking performance of the products and providing the feedback to stakeholders and business partners to ensure the sales number of the existing or new product meet the sales target.
• Develop relationships with third parties such as Third Party Administrator, Service Vendors and potential partners, exploring opportunity with affinity business partners, coordinating with regional office and head office, vendors, and other supporting unit & divisions to develop product value proposition & benefit.
