What youd do

• Research and develop high-quality learning assets to ensure relevant and industry driven curriculum. You will be collaborating with our Learning and Development Team on this
• Deliver engaging and enjoyable learning experiences during training sessions
• Facilitate and inspire students to persevere throughout the whole learning journey
• Lead and guide students through development of real-world projects that will showcase their capabilities 
• Oversee, monitor, and evaluate students' performance with cross-functional teams to ensure successful learning and development program

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Economy, Accounting, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information System, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Business Intelligence Practitioner or Trainer. Experienced in Consulting Firms is highly preferred
• Have domain expertise in SQL, ETL, Python, Spreadsheet, Data visualization and overall Data Analytics tools
• Passionate in developing people, able to make complex things simple and communicating it well
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa and English
• Available to teach during working hours
