1. Doing direct selling;
2. Perform market analysis;
3. Introducing and explaining products to clients;
4. Increase sales so that targets are achieved;
5. Follow up and negotiate with clients;
6. Make reports and evaluate the results of follow-up;
7. Manage client data;
8. Maintain good relationship with customers or clients;
9. Perform maintenance and strategies for existing clients.

Qualifications :

1. Min age 40 years;
2. Education min SMA or equivalent;
3. Experience working for more than two years in the building materials industry;
4. Have marketing, negotiation and relationship building skills;
5. Have own vehicle;
6. Indonesian, English & Mandarin (Preferred);
7. Good communication skills individually and as a team;
8. Neat Appearance;
9. Honest, nimble and punctual.
