Lowongan Casualty Underwriter Manager di PT Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia

Job Description:

• To support Head of Casualty in daily work.
• Develop new business and maintain existing portfolio profitability for Casualty Department.
• Perform underwriting role in compliance with Chubb’s Guidelines.
• To perform underwriting process to meet SOP and SLA.
• Perform project management role in collaboration with all related parties (internal and external) to deliver excellent services in underwriting process, documentation, claims handling and premium collection.
• Perform effective communications with local management to ensure all business activities in compliance with Chubb’s guidelines and local regulation requirements.
• Maintain good relationship with key producers and/or other external parties (Brokers, Agents, Ceding Companies).
• Support and drive the marketing activities in the emerging market especially for those with high growth potential.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years Casualty experiences & above.
• Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
• Result oriented- focus on growing Casualty’s portfolio profitably.
• Enthusiasm & good business manner: never afraid of more responsibilities.
• Enjoy facing challenges and love what they are doing with mature and professional business manners to internal and external.
• Continuous Learning- highly motivated person to learn about insurance products, keep challenging him/herself to develop the career.
• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work independently and confidently.
• Excellent analytic and strong execution.
• Ability to speak and write in English. 
• Having AAAIK degree is preferred.
