Lowongan Budgeting & Reporting Analyst di PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on the development and implementation of new procedures, manuals of accounting (best practices) and features to improve departmental workflow.
• Make a profit and loss report per store (retail) / per style (manufacturing & export)
• Especially for retail: Reviewing store analysis report
• Escort the auditors with the aim of presenting information in accordance with IFRS/PSAK/applicable accounting standards
• Ensure that transactions are carried out in accordance with the budget and if there are discrepancies with the budget, ensure that transactions are carried out with authorization/approval of the correct level.
• Controlling the submission of inventory purchases referring to the implementation of 6 (six) months of planning.
• Analyzing the company's financial data, comparing it with the budget and studying the potential causes of variances/differences and if there is a discrepancy regarding the budget, it is well and clearly informed (accompanied by supporting data) to the transaction owner.
• Understand and practice the values ​​of the Company and divisions

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Minimum Have 3 Years experience in the same position and would be more advantange with experience from similar business.
• Strong in Analytical thinking (Include formula Ms. Excel)
• Willing to be Place at Alam Sutera
