Job Description

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
2. Facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs
3. Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly
4. Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress
5. Manage social media assets & recruitment sourcing portals
6. Maintain developing personnel administration (new employee data and filing)

Job Qualification

1. Have 3 years of experience in the field of recruitment specialist and graduated from a leading university with majors in Psychology or HR Management
2. Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies
3. Have a interview skills (BEI) and familiar with psychological tools will be an advantage
4. Experienced in the use of HRIS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools
5. Having the ability to analyze the results of psychological tests will be a consideration
6. Ready to work ASAP
