DIGITAL MARKETING

Requirement :

1.   Max 30 Years Old

2.   Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a similar role

3.   Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

4.   Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

5.   Experienced in planning, creating, and managing social media content platforms.

6.   Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), social media, email marketing, and display advertising

7.   Proficient in marketing automation tools

8.   Excellent analytical skills and experience with SEO and web traffic metrics, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

9.   Good copywriting and content creations skill

10. Strong in creative analytical thinking and communication skills

11. Strong multitasking and time-management skills

12. Experience in online ads including meta, google & tiktok

Job Description :

1.   Create manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising

2.   Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

3.   Manage acquisitions user to platform through digital marketing activities

4.   Develop, implement, and manage our social media content, strategy and engagement day to day basis.

5.   Measure the success of every digital marketing campaign.

6.   Stay up to date with latest digital marketing best practices and technologies.

7.   Collaborating with marketing and product team to create comprehensive content.

8.   Competitor benchmarking

9.   Connect and manage Key Opinion Leader ( KOL ) for promotional activities

10. Review and Asses Marketing’s ads campaign

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements:

1.   Max 30 Years Old

2.   Minimum Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or related field

3.   Minimum 3 years of experiences in the related field.

4.   Able to implement the applications of design software (such as: Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc)

5.   Up to date with the latest trends.

6.   Creative innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.

7.   Experince in branding and logo design (optional)

8.   Skilled in UI/UX and proficient in using figma/Adobe XD (optional)

 Job Descriptions:

1.   Make design plans for the purposes of procuring promotional media online dan offline. 

2.   Find and collaborate with vendors related to procurement and installation of promotional media.

3.   Create Term Off Reference (TOR) agreement of installation promotional media.

4.   Review specifications of the design materials and content of promotional materials.

5.   Handling documentation in every event held.
