Job Description:

• Reviewing the E-KYC SOP and making adjustments according to company needs & ensuring the SOP runs as targeted
• Help manage the number of personnel in the team and also the division of tasks for leaders & staff
• Assist in providing resolution and escalation of system & backend problems related to related customer data
• Control team work and quality control work Loan Review team & Leader
• Reporting along with the results of user data analysis, & team performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Create a team bonus strategy & review the results of the monthly bonus calculation

Job Requirement :

• Bachelors Degree in any field
• Excellent in English both written and orally.
• Minimum 2 year(s) working experience in Bank / Leasing company or Fintech is preferable.
• Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).
• High self -responsibility and able to work minimum supervision, attention to details.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline both as an independent and within a team.
• Mature/good personal emotion, Obedient, has “service-attitude mindset” toward other colleagues.
• Strong analytical skill and good sense about financial analysis.
