Legal Officer you will be responsible for do and monitoring all legal affairs within their organization. Legal Officer will handle both internal and external legal concerns, and keep their organization out of legal trouble. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Write and review settlement documents, contracts, agreements, and more; also regularly analyze the actions and decisions of their companies in order to identify problem areas
• Regularly analyze the actions and decisions of their companies in order to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible
• Provide legal advice
• Continuously research legal resources
• Doing administration activities, such as: filling documents, follow up the internal or external resources.

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Graduates. Major in Law
• At least 2 years of working experience as Legal Staff in Retail Company/ Assistant in Lawyer Office
• Understand about Labour Law in Indonesia, Trademark Law, also company policies in retail industry
• Handle legal issues in company and giving alternative solutions to solve these; especially about Agraria Law
• Able to make legal documents
• Willing to go on a business trip
• Strong interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and customer service attitude
• Ability to organize, multitask, make priorities and work under pressure
• Able to use Ms. Office, especially Ms. Word and Ms. Excell
• Fluent in English communication
