Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably psychology

• At least 4 years experience as Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Manager/Assistant Manager in F&B Restaurant/Hotel is a MUST

• Experience with interviews level managerial, candidate screening and evaluation

• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)

• Manage the Talent Acquisition team and report on its performance

• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs

• Research and choose job advertising options

• Recommend ways to improve company’s brand

• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
