- Create organizational strategies by identifying human resource issues, contributing to strategic thinking and direction inside the organization, and setting human resource objectives that align with organizational goals.
- Execute human resources strategies by defining departmental responsibilities for talent management, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training and development, record management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relation and retention, and labor relations.
- Assist management by offering guidance and counseling in human resources and by analyzing data to support in decision-making.
- Complies with legal standards, anticipates legislation, and advises management on necessary measures
- Coordinates with other department heads and is in charge of handling various risks relating to human resources and the environment.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by the organization's management.
