Job Summary

Identify potential issues within variety of compliance areas in relation to any regulatory issued in insurance sectors. Coordinating the implementation of Corporate Compliance Program, monitoring and reporting the results, including liaise with the relevant department for successful submission of mandatory reports. Focus also to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review Corporate Compliance Program (to be approved by Head of LC and International Compliance Officer); 
• Prepare, review and maintain Compliance Dashboard (to be reported to Head of LC and International Compliance Officer);
• Coordinate the implementation of AML CFT in Cigna Indonesia including monitor transactions and report transactions that meet the criteria;
• Implement the Regulatory Compliance Management policy;
• Ensure that Cigna Indonesia is implementing privacy policy and escalate any incidents related;
• Coordinating the submission of company’s mandatory reports and any report requested by government institutions;
• Prepare and maintain Compliance Training to all employees;
• Evaluate the Company’s SOP and Policies subject to the relevant regulatory issued;
• Maintain correspondence with respective government institutions related with AML CFT implementation i.e. KPK, PPATK, BNN, etc.;
